These custom food tubes are carefully crafted with three important parts: a metal lid for sealing, an aluminum foil for extra protection, and an extra lid inside to keep the contents fresh. With internal dimensions of 100mm in height and 58mm in diameter, these tubes provide plenty of space for Sea Moss health capsules while maintaining a compact size.

Externally, they measure 110mm in height and 66mm in diameter, offering a sleek and professional look that complements Gordon Watkins' brand. These printed cardboard tubes not only meet packaging needs but also enhance the brand's reputation for quality and attention to detail.

After the success of his initial order, Gordon decided to place a repeat order, this time opting for a second design to promote the two new health capsules he was adding to his product lineup. Like before, both designs were featured on the same luxurious tube packaging, with each design tailored to match the specific type of product it would contain. With a total of 1000 units produced for each design, Gordon ensured that he had ample packaging to meet the demand for his expanding product range.

For both designs, full-colour CMYK custom printing was utilised, giving the packaging a vibrant and eye-catching look.
