To meet these needs, Gordon partnered with Luxury Tube Packaging, a leading food grade tubes company, to create small but highly effective printed cardboard tubes. The project focused on blending practicality with sophisticated design, showcasing how functional luxury tube packaging can also enhance product value and customer trust.

The resulting branded food-safe tubes were manufactured with three key features: a secure metal lid, an aluminium foil lining for moisture resistance, and an additional internal lid for enhanced freshness. These protective layers made the packaging ideal for housing natural supplements like Sea Moss, maintaining product integrity without the need for plastic components.

Internally, the tubes measured 100mm in height x 58mm in diameter, with external dimensions of 110mm x 66mm. This compact, sturdy format offered ample room for capsule storage while presenting a sleek, minimalist look. As a specialist luxury tube packaging company, we ensured every tube combined function and form — perfect for food packaging tubes, wellness supplements, and other custom food-grade tube applications.

Customisation & Repeat Order Success

After the successful launch of the initial tube design, Gordon returned to produce a second batch — this time expanding his product range with two new Sea Moss capsule variants. Each new design was printed on the same luxury printed tubes, with personalised branding and artwork tailored to match the health benefits of each product.

A total of 1,000 units per design were produced, featuring full CMYK custom printing for vibrant colour accuracy and brand consistency. We applied a matt laminated finish for a smooth, professional feel — reinforcing the high-quality image Gordon’s customers expect. These cylinder packaging solutions not only protected the product during shipping but also helped elevate the brand’s presentation online and in-store.
