We developed a fully branded butted tube with a greaseproof lining to ensure direct contact safety without the need for plastic. To elevate the visual design, we incorporated a shorter lid that exposed a printed inner spigot, offering a clever reveal that aligned with their bold black packaging and vibrant branding.

The final result was a tube that felt artisan and premium, while still being safe, sustainable, and functional.

We produced butted tubes using food-grade cardboard, sealed with metal lids, and lined with aluminium foil for moisture and oxygen protection. The exterior was finished with matt lamination and bold CMYK print to reflect the energetic, vibrant personality of the brand.
