We were thrilled to partner with Legology to develop two stunning custom butted tubes for their Christmas gift sets, combining festive flair with luxury tube packaging and sustainability.

Small Custom Printed Tubes – The TWI-LITE Edition

The TWI-LITE range featured small custom printed tubes designed to hold select Legology creams, ideal for gifting or travel-sized skincare. With internal dimensions of 120mm in height x 45mm in diameter, these compact tubes were produced using printed cardboard tubes and finished with full CMYK print, matt lamination, and gold foil accents for a festive, high-end feel.

To enhance the unboxing experience, we added a green ribbon bow decoration to the top of each lid, sized at 297mm with a 25/30mm width — an elegant finishing touch that embodied seasonal sophistication. These butted tubes combined functionality and glamour, showcasing how custom tube packaging can elevate beauty brands and gift sets alike.

Large Custom Printed Tubes – The WONDER-LITE Edition

For the larger WONDER-LITE box sets, we designed luxury printed tubes with a bold presence. These tubes measured 220mm in height x 110mm in diameter, offering ample space for three skincare products and polishing pads. The packaging featured CMYK printing, matte lamination, and striking gold foil details for maximum visual impact — further enhanced with a coordinating green ribbon bow on the lid.

These cosmetic tube packaging solutions were not only visually stunning but also highly functional, protecting the products during handling and transport. The luxurious design played a key role in the brand’s holiday campaign, positioning the gift sets as premium skincare essentials and driving strong seasonal sales.
