Coral Eyewear – Custom Eco Butted Tubes for Sustainable Luxury Packaging

Coral Eyewear is a forward-thinking brand committed to delivering sustainable fashion through eyewear made from recycled materials — including reclaimed fishing nets. While environmental responsibility is at the heart of their brand, they also prioritise premium design and presentation. To reflect these values, Coral Eyewear partnered with Luxury Tube Packaging, a leading eco tubes company, to develop bespoke eco-friendly butted tubes that align with their ethos and meet the expectations of luxury retail.

Our team at Luxury Tube Packaging, a specialist division of Magellan, was tasked with producing custom printed eco tubes that were not only functional and visually impactful, but also fully recyclable and plastic-free. The outcome was a high-end luxury tube packaging solution that proves sustainability and style can go hand in hand.

Eco-Friendly Luxury Tube Packaging

We crafted Coral Eyewear’s tubes using uncoated Kraft brown paper — a fully recyclable material known for its natural, rustic texture and premium appearance. The tubes proudly feature the Coral Eyewear logo on both the body and the lid, applied using CMYK print to maintain brand consistency. Although CMYK is not 100% recyclable like soy-based ink, this project was executed with minimal environmental impact, staying true to Coral’s sustainability standards.

Each butted tube measures 187mm in height with an 87mm diameter, making it ideal for securely holding and displaying Coral Eyewear’s glasses. The cylinder packaging is durable, protective, and suited for both retail presentation and direct-to-consumer shipping. These tubes are an excellent example of how eco tubes, tube boxes, and printed cardboard tubes can be used to enhance environmentally responsible branding.

Our collaboration with Coral Eyewear resulted in a standout example of modern, ethical design.
